You can contact us by phone or email at any time during working hours. As not everyone works in the office premises every day, it is usually advisable to make an appointment before visiting. Of course, if you simply have records to drop off then there is no problem.
What to bring with you
If you are a new client we are required by law to see proofs of identity (passport or photo driving licence) and residence (a current utility bill - within the last three months and not a mobile phone bill) A Company will also need to provide the certificate of incorporation and the memorandum and articles of association. An individual taxpayer should bring their National Insurance Number and Tax Reference Number (UTR) if one has been issued. You will also need to bring any relevant records and correspondence with you.
